What Exhibitor Preflight is

Exhibitor Preflight reads a trade show organiser’s public pages (and, if you upload it, your exhibitor kit) and turns them into a cost and deadline report for your stand. Every figure links to the page it comes from.

What it is not

It is an estimate built from published information, not a quote. Organisers and their contractors set the real prices and can change them; the organiser’s invoice is always binding. Where a price is not published, the report says so and tells you what to ask. We are not affiliated with any organiser or contractor, and show names are used only to identify the show.

Buying a full report

• The full report for one show and year costs a one-time $49 (or €49 for shows priced in euros). No subscription.
• Your report opens right after payment and stays available through its link. Keep the link: it is your access.
• Payment is handled by Stripe.

Money-back guarantee

Differences that come from the organiser changing its prices after your report was made, or from prices the organiser does not publish, are not errors in the report.

Using the service fairly

Please do not resell reports, scrape the site, or upload files you have no right to use. We may limit uploads or access to protect the service.

Liability

We work carefully, but the report depends on what organisers publish. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought a report apply to that purchase.
